We ship our products primarily with USPS (US Postal Service). Shipping charges may vary according to the amount and weight of your purchase. Because of this, the automatic shipping calculator may vary from the actual amount. If desired, please give direct instructions if you require a signature upon delivery.
back order
All products are usually in stock and available. Even though we are always increasing our inventory, an item can be out of stock due to high demand. If desired, please email us if you would like to back order an item that is out of stock.
return & exchange policy
Any merchandise with the original item receipt, warranties, instructions and accessories can be exchanged within 7 days from purchase date. Any damaged or missing items must be reported within 3 days of delivery by calling us at 510-272-0924 or by e-mail to: order@virginiaskincareproducts.com. All defective or damaged returns are subjected to verification by our staffs. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for shipping charges.
